Clinical Supervision [LPC-IT | LCSW]
With over 20 years of experience in eating disorder treatment, assessment, and clinical leadership, I bring a depth of expertise and a deep respect for the complexity of this work. As a certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Approved Consultant (CEDS-C), my vision for consultation is to create a thoughtful, collaborative space where clinicians can deepen their skills, expand their confidence, and remain connected to the heart of healing.
My vision of eating disorder consultation is to offer a grounded, collaborative space where clinicians can engage deeply with the complexity of disordered eating, body image, and co-occurring mental health concerns. I believe healing-centered care requires not only clinical expertise, but the courage to examine personal bias, system harm, and the cultural narrative surrounding food and bodies.
Integrity ~ Authenticity ~ Creativity Peace ~ Mindfulness ~ Loving Kindness
Allowing human beings to show up as they are.
Honored to be witness to ones' journey of growth and exploration.
Grounded in the values of:
Eating & Feeding Disorder Consultation
My vision for clinical supervision is to create a compassionate and courageous space where clinicians can grow in integrity, deepen their clinical wisdom, and remain rooted in authenticity. I believe supervision should be a sanctuary for reflection, creativity, and mindful practice - where both clinical skill and personal presence are nurtured.
Through a relationship built on trust, curiosity, and mutual respect, I aim to support supervisees in developing ethical clarity, confidence, and a grounded voice in their work. Together, we engage not only in case conceptualization and evidence-based practice but in the soulful work of becoming the clinician our clients need - and the professional our field deserves.
"I believe professional growth is as much about who we are becoming as it is about what we know. It is an honor to hold space for clinicians as they evolve into the most aligned, skillful, and wholehearted versions of themselves."
