Nutrition counseling services can be intimidating. This is why I am a firm believer that building trust and rapport through meaningful conversation leads to greater treatment outcomes. My counseling approach is individually tailored to one’s nutrition journey as YOU know your body best and have lived experiences. So, let’s take the intimidation out of the equation and start working together to find the best approach for you that feels safe and supporting. For the past 5 years, I have been providing counseling services for adolescents and adults who struggle with eating and feeding disorders such as Anorexia, Bulimia, Orthorexia, Binge eating disorder, picky eating, and Unspecified Feeding or Eating Disorder (UFED). I am passionate and devoted to practicing Health at Every Size (HAES) which is a weight-neutral and non-diet care that prioritizes listening to your body and eating what feels right for you both physically and mentally. Everybody deserves respect, compassion, and care no matter what size, shape, or capability. Food has many important functions in our lives from nostalgia, comfort, culture, hunger, emotions, celebrations, sports performance, pleasure, and connection. My mission is to empower you to find peace with food, leave diet-culture behind, and develop a healthy relationship with your body. You deserve to take charge of your health and start experiencing the good that food has to offer. I am proud to serve Elm Grove, Brookfield, Wauwatosa, Waukesha, Muskego, Hartland, Delafield, all of Lake Country, Sussex, Milwaukee, Fox Valley, North Shore, Cedarburg, Oak Creek, Mequon, Shorewood, Lake Geneva, Madison, and all of Wisconsin.

Meal & Menu Planning
Meal planning is crucial for individuals recovering from disordered eating and nutritional rehabilitation. Dietitians create personalized meal plans that support physical and mental well-being while addressing specific nutritional needs. These plans are established to take the “guess work” out of structured eating times, prevent meal skipping, and reduce anxiety around food choices.
Growth Chart Analysis
Growth charts track weight, height, and BMI percentiles to ensure healthy development during childhood through young adult years. Our dietitians consider factors like medical history, dietary intake, activity levels, and dietary lifestyles within the home while interpreting growth trends. If a child’s growth deviates from expected patterns, our dietitians can provide individualized nutrition goals, target weights, and meal planning.
Guided Experiential Meals
Guided experiential meals with a registered dietitian at DRWR&A offer a supportive, hands-on approach to healing your relationship with food. These sessions provide a structured yet compassionate environment to practice mindful eating, challenge food-related anxieties, and explore new ways of nourishing your body. Experiential meals are an evidence-based tool that can help reduce fear around food, increase body trust, and support long-term recovery. Let our team walk alongside you as you learn to reconnect with food in a way that supports both physical health and emotional well-being.
Meal and snack support with a registered dietitian is a structured approach to nutrition guidance that helps individuals make informed choices about their nutrition journey. Dietitians can help with personalized meal planning, balanced nutrition guidance, behavioral coaching, medical nutrition therapy, and ongoing support and adjustments to accommodate lifestyle changes and evolving health needs.
The Mediator Release Test (MRT) is a food sensitivity test that helps identify inflammatory responses to certain foods and chemicals. Certified LEAP (Lifestyle Eating and Performance) dietitians can create personalized nutrition plans for individuals experiencing symptoms like IBS, migraines, joint pain, fatigue, and skin issues. The test measures immune system reactions to 176 foods and chemicals, helping dietitians design an anti-inflammatory diet tailored to the individual's needs.
